We are not opposed to developing the brewery site. We believe the right scheme could bring lasting benefits to Mortlake. Last year, we produced a detailed Community Plan to develop the brewery site. We presented this plan as an alternative to the proposals presented to Richmond Council by Reselton Properties. Our views were ignored. We now intend to present our plan to The Mayor of London in the hope he will listen to the community.

- Reduce housing density
- Create more affordable homes
- Save the playing field
- Scrap Chalker’s Corner road widening scheme
- Replace the secondary school with a relocated primary school
