Reselton Properties have devised a new plan for the Brewery site which they are referring to as a Hybrid scheme. This will draw on what they proposed to Richmond Council in 2019 and the scheme they presented to the Mayor of London. See the renderings on the developer’s website here.
The developers are hosting two webinars for the community next week on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 January in the early evening to provide an overview of the scheme. The first webinar (26 January) will focus primarily on the overall scheme, and the second webinar (27 January) will focus on the overall scheme and the proposal for a secondary school which the Council have required them to include once again despite opposition from residents and local schools.

This will be the first time the community have a chance to see a revised scheme following the Mayor’s decision to reject the last set of plans. We urge you to register for both seminars to see whether the developers have finally come up with a sustainable and acceptable plan for the site. It is also a great opportunity for the community to engage directly with the developers and their architects before they submit their planning applications to Richmond Council.
