The most significant and concerning document is the Revised Design and Access Statement Addendum. There are now 9 buildings taller than the Maltings building and 4 storey blocks now replace the town-houses that were backing on to Thames Bank. You will see from the illustrations and graphics that the changes now before the Mayor are unacceptable in every way.
We have until 31st October to make our comments known on these latest proposals and specifically the new documents. Please email the Mayor and tell him what you think. In the meantime, MBCG will continue to oppose this development and will be calling on all residents to help us fight these plans.
